1. Return Policy

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can request a return if:
    • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
    • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that are:
    • Used or worn
    • Washed or altered
    • Purchased during sale/discount offers (unless damaged or defective)
    • Accessories (unless defective)

📅 Return Window:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process

  1. Raise a Return Request:
    Email us at sunflowerclothingindia@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged/defective)
  2. Approval:
    Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the product back to our address.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • If the error is on our side (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping is free.
    • If the return is due to any other reason, shipping charges may apply.

3. Refund Policy

✅ Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

💰 Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.

❌ Refunds Not Applicable:

  • If the returned product does not meet the return criteria (used, washed, damaged by customer, etc.).

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange, please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
